Talentmark are recruiting for two Sourcing Leads to join a company in the healthcare industry, on a contract basis, for 6 months, working in Paddington.
One of the roles focuses on clinical outsourcing of manufacturing, analytical method development, testing and Functional Service Provision-based development.
The other role focuses on laboratory and discovery research spending, including lab supplies, consumables, equipment and research CROs/pre-clinical services.
Umbrella rate from £73.06 per hour.

Role: Support strategy development, running spend, supplier market and benchmarking analysis.
Run sourcing events: scope definition, RFI/RFP, bid analysis, negotiation and award.
Manage sourcing project plans, timelines and risks, lead workstreams, report progress and savings.
Work with Legal, Quality and Finance to move agreements from award to signed contract.
Follow supplier performance and market trends to pass on findings to category strategy.
Your
Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience; MBA preferred.
Extensive proven experience in strategic sourcing or procurement project management, within pharma, biotech or life sciences.
Knowledge of laboratory categories and research CRO markets.
Proven RFx and negotiation experience, and skills to build cost comparisons.
Experience using e Sourcing, contract systems and Advanced Excel.
Willing to work in the offices in West London.
