Talentmark are recruiting for a Laboratory Technician to join a leading global food company until the end of 2026, with the possibilityof extension. This role is fully site-based in Worksop.

Salary:
£13 per hour PAYE
Laboratory Technician Role:
- Complete routine analytical and laboratory testing.
- Responsible for checking and monitoring instrumentation performance and conducting tests.
- Run calibration checks, preventive maintenance tasks, and simple repairs to analytical instrumentation.
- Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision.
Your Background:
- Hold qualifications in a scientific subject (A Levels ets) or have equivalent working experience.
- Some working experience in a lab.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
