Talentmark are recruiting for a Product Specialist to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months. This role is fieldbased acrossSouth Wales.

Salary
From £200 to £230 per day PAYE or from £265.27 to £305.06 per day UMB.
Product Specialist Role
- Help set up and install diagnostic systems in customer labs.
- Train lab scientists on how to use the systems.
- Fix technical problems and give support when customers need it.
- Help labs improve how they work through better workflow design.
- Carry out product maintenance, software updates and analytical reviews.
- Support the team with tenders, product demos and meetings with other companies.
Your Background
- You have a good understanding of medical diagnostics and lab best practice.
- You have experience fixing and supporting pathology lab systems.
- You stay calm under pressure and can handle changing priorities.
- You care about customers and build strong relationships.
- You hold a UK driving licence and passport.
It is essential that applicants hold entitlement to work in the UK.
