Talentmark are recruiting for a Social Value Analyst to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months, with potential for extension. This role is hybrid, based in Burgess Hill, with in-office attendance for workshops.

Salary
£220 to £260 per day PAYE, or £291.36 to £344.34 per day Umbrella/Ltd.
Social Value Analyst Role
- Work with teams across the business so that everyone understands their part in delivering social value.
- Track and coordinate the social value promises made in NHS tenders and contracts.
- Organise volunteering activities and encourage more colleagues to take part.
- Support charity sponsorship agreements, approvals and payments.
- Collect, check and analyse data to produce the annual Social Value Impact Report.
- Track progress against action plans and contract promises using dashboards, and prepare simple impact summaries for customers.
Your Background
- You have a degree and 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- You have practical experience in social value, sustainability or community impact, and you know how promises turn into real results. Knowledge of UK public sector buying and the National TOMs is a plus.
- You are confident working with data and enjoy checking it and finding insights, not just recording it.
- You can run projects from start to finish and keep actions, people and deadlines on track. You can also manage several tasks at once.
- You communicate clearly, build good working relationships quickly, and are happy using digital and AI tools. Experience with the Social Value Portal is an advantage.
