We are a leading, specialist executive search firm with over 50 years’ experience partnering with innovative and high-growth organisations across the life sciences sector globally. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Executive Search Consultant to lead and deliver senior-level search assignments across scientific, clinical, regulatory, and commercial functions.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with C-suite leaders, investors, and boards, shaping leadership teams that drive scientific innovation and commercial success. The role will also support the delivery of interim management projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of search assignments within the life sciences industry.
- Build and manage trusted relationships with clients, acting as a strategic advisor on talent and market insights.
- Conduct in-depth market mapping, candidate identification, and assessment.
- Engage and manage senior candidates through a consultative and confidential process.
- Deliver high-quality shortlists and manage the offer and closing process.
- Contribute to business development, client growth, and thought leadership within your market niche.
- Proven recruitment experience within life sciences.
- Fluent in English and at least one additional European language (written and verbal).
- Strong understanding of one or more life science verticals (biotech, pharma, medtech, diagnostics, CROs, or CDMOs).
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and executive-level candidates.
- Commercially astute with a consultative, relationship-driven approach.
- An interest in technology, AI and the opportunity it provides for efficiency.
- Highly organised, credible, and driven by quality and impact.
