- Use events to generate pipeline, deepen customer relationships, and strengthen TalentMapper’s market presence.
- Confidently host and facilitate discussions with senior practitioners and industry leaders.
Customer Onboarding, Retention & Expansion
- Own the Talent Management aspects of customer onboarding, ensuring customers quickly realise value.
- Act as a senior point of contact for key accounts, supporting retention and expansion.
- Work closely with Customer Success to identify risks, opportunities, and growth potential within accounts.
Product Influence & Commercial Fit
- Sit on the Product Development Council, representing customer and market needs.
- Feed real-world client insight into product prioritisation, ensuring TalentMapper remains commercially relevant.
- Partner with Product and Tech teams to test, validate, and refine features before and after launch.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in Talent Management, Talent Development, or Organisational Effectiveness (experience in rolling out talent technology would be seen as a significant benefit).
- Experience in consulting, advisory, or commercial client-facing roles.
- Comfortable working in a startup or scale-up environment with ambiguity and pace.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and support commercial outcomes.
- Experience contributing to or shaping product-led solutions.
- Confident communicator who can facilitate, sell ideas, and build trust quickly.
How You’ll Show Up
- Commercially curious and outcome-driven.

- Comfortable rolling up your sleeves while thinking strategically.
- Energised by growth, experimentation, and building something from the ground up.
