This role sits at the intersection of product, customers, and market. You will act as TalentMapper’s senior Talent Management authority, helping win, onboard, retain, and grow customers by translating Talent Management theory into practical, scalable solutions delivered through our platform and services. You will be externally visible, commercially minded, and comfortable operating while building and shaping propositions, supporting revenue, and influencing product direction in a high-growth environment.

What You’ll Be Accountable For

  • Help convert interest into revenue by clearly articulating the value and ROI of TalentMapper’s Talent Management solutions.

Community Building & Engagement

  • Build and scale TalentMapper’s Talent Management community as a commercial growth lever.
  • Drive engagement through relevant content, peer learning, and practitioner-led discussion.
  • Use community insight to identify upsell opportunities, partnerships, and emerging customer needs.

Consulting, Advisory & Customer Delivery

  • Lead and deliver high-impact consulting and advisory work with customers, ensuring tangible outcomes and repeat business.
  • Support customers in applying TalentMapper’s platform to real Talent Management challenges, accelerating time-to-value.
  • Balance standardisation with flexibility, ensuring solutions are scalable but feel bespoke to customers.

Events as a Growth Channel

  • Design and deliver commercially focused events including webinars, round tables, and conferences.
  • Use events to generate pipeline, deepen customer relationships, and strengthen TalentMapper’s market presence.
  • Confidently host and facilitate discussions with senior practitioners and industry leaders.

Customer Onboarding, Retention & Expansion

  • Own the Talent Management aspects of customer onboarding, ensuring customers quickly realise value.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for key accounts, supporting retention and expansion.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to identify risks, opportunities, and growth potential within accounts.

Product Influence & Commercial Fit

  • Sit on the Product Development Council, representing customer and market needs.
  • Feed real-world client insight into product prioritisation, ensuring TalentMapper remains commercially relevant.
  • Partner with Product and Tech teams to test, validate, and refine features before and after launch.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong background in Talent Management, Talent Development, or Organisational Effectiveness (experience in rolling out talent technology would be seen as a significant benefit).
  • Experience in consulting, advisory, or commercial client-facing roles.
  • Comfortable working in a startup or scale-up environment with ambiguity and pace.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and support commercial outcomes.
  • Experience contributing to or shaping product-led solutions.
  • Confident communicator who can facilitate, sell ideas, and build trust quickly.

How You’ll Show Up

  • Commercially curious and outcome-driven.
  • Pragmatic, not theoretical. You’ll focus on what works in real organisations.
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves while thinking strategically.
  • Energised by growth, experimentation, and building something from the ground up.
