Talentloop is partnering with a fast-growing AdTech business to find an Account Director. Our client sits at the centre of one of the most exciting growth areas in digital media, and this role offers real ownership: driving platform revenue, winning new agency partnerships, and shaping audio strategies that deliver. You'll be joining their Revenue Operations team on a full-time permanent basis.

What you'll be doing:

  • Growing the business. You'll identify and onboard new agency partners, expand the platform's portfolio of trading agencies, and spot opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts.
  • Owning agency relationships. You'll be the primary point of contact for key agency partners - nurturing long-term partnerships, managing expectations, resolving issues, and making sure every client feels genuinely looked after.
  • Acting as a strategic partner. You'll advise clients on connected audio, industry developments and emerging technology, bringing fresh ideas and actionable audio strategies aligned to their business goals.
  • Delivering brilliantly. You'll oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, working closely with internal Ad Ops, Accounts and Marketing teams to ensure every activation lands on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
  • Proving the value. You'll track and analyse campaign and account performance, presenting insights and recommendations to clients and senior leadership.
  • Flying the flag. You'll represent the business at industry events, conferences and client meetings, growing its network and market presence.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in an Account Director, Senior Account Manager or similar client-facing role, ideally within digital media, audio, or ad tech.
  • A strong track record of new business development and revenue growth.
  • Established relationships within media agencies (a big plus).
  • Commercial and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate client challenges into effective audio solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • A genuine interest in audio, digital advertising and emerging media technology.
  • Able to commute to the office 2–3 days per week when not meeting clients.

Why this role? This is a chance to join a business at the forefront of connected audio, with genuine ownership of your accounts, direct access to the exec team, and the opportunity to shape how the industry buys and activates audio.

The Details:

  • Salary: £55,000–£65,000, depending on experience + bonus.
  • Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays.
  • Location: Hybrid. Head office in Leeds, with the business operating across Leeds, Manchester and Birmingham.
  • Flexibility: Open on candidate location, provided you can be in the office 2–3 days per week when not meeting clients.
