The role:
➖ Candidate acquisition – Build relationships with candidates within your niche market. Qualify what is important to them and what they are looking for from a potential move.
➖ Managing interview processes – Guiding candidates through the interview process, arrange interviews, take feedback and deal with pay negotiations.
➖ Client acquisition – Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
➖ Become a market expert – Attend industry events, meet your customers face-to-face, take the time to learn more.
