What You\’ll Bring to the Table:
• At least 1 years’ experience doing 360 recruitment (any sector)
• Building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing top-quality candidates into roles that match their skills and ambitions
• Developing a deep understanding of your market sector to deliver expert advice
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefings to onboarding
• Identifying new business opportunities and expanding your client base
• Staying informed on industry trends and employment market insights
