Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Workforce Planning Consultant to lead the design, development, and implementation of an in-house Strategic Workforce Planning tool. You will work closely with the HR and Technology teams to ensure successful outcomes. Additionally, you will support developing a repeatable, scalable Strategic Workforce Planning blueprint/framework with standardized methodologies and templates based on existing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of an in-house Strategic Workforce Planning tool.
• Collaborate with HR and Technology teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Support the development of a repeatable and scalable Strategic Workforce Planning blueprint/framework.
• Create standardized methodologies and templates based on existing projects.

• Proficiency in capacity planning.
• Expertise in Strategic Workforce Planning.
• Knowledge of Workforce Planning and Workforce Planning Tools.
• Experience in the insurance industry.

This is a Contract position based in London, United Kingdom.

Rate/Salary

500.00 – 650.00 GBP Daily
