Contract Digital Delivery Specialist

Role Overview: We are seeking a delivery‑focused contractor to support the execution and rollout of digital customer experiences across multiple international markets. This role is centred on implementation, coordination, and execution, ensuring defined digital experiences are delivered effectively and consistently at scale. The role requires close, in‑person collaboration with engineering and stakeholder teams and is therefore not suitable for fully remote working. The successful candidate will be highly organised, execution‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced digital environment with multiple dependencies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the end‑to‑end rollout of digital experiences across multiple markets
- Work closely with engineering teams to support builds, releases, and delivery dependencies
- Collaborate with operational and market stakeholders on launch readiness and deployment planning
- Own rollout plans, timelines, risks, and dependency management
- Translate requirements into clear delivery plans and user stories
- Support execution‑focused backlog management
- Coordinate release communications and go‑to‑market activity
- Identify, escalate, and help resolve delivery blockers
- Ensure consistency while supporting local market requirements
- Support post‑launch tracking and issue resolution
