We are looking for an experienced PMO Manager with a strong background in the insurance industry to support a major enterprise‑wide transformation. This programme includes AI‑enabled process change, data‑driven decision‑making, and modernisation across underwriting, claims, and operations.
You will provide robust planning, governance, and coordination across multiple workstreams, delivering structured analysis such as RAID, prioritisation, and dependency management. Clear, high‑quality reporting and Executive‑ready PowerPoint materials will be key parts of the role. You will work closely with business stakeholders to drive clarity, alignment, and delivery momentum across a hybrid agile/waterfall environment.
We’re looking for someone who:
