E-Commerce Salesforce Administrator
Job Description
This role involves maintaining, enhancing, and supporting a Salesforce-based Partner Portal — a key interface for external reseller and partner communities.
3 days in London – non negotiable
Responsibilities
- Administer the Salesforce Partner Portal, including user setup, permissions, profiles, roles, and access management.
- Maintain portal configurations, page layouts, and custom components to meet evolving business needs.
- Provide Tier 2 support to internal and external users, resolving access issues and troubleshooting errors.
- Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, and FAQs.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation, efficiency, and usability enhancements.
- Collaborate with technical teams on system changes and enhancements.
- Ensure secure and compliant access in line with data governance and security standards.
- Conduct regular audits of user access and system integrity.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize changes, and align with the broader roadmap.
- Participate in testing and validation of portal-related releases.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience in Salesforce administration, particularly with Partner or Experience Cloud portals.
- Strong understanding of user management, roles, profiles, permission sets, and data visibility in Salesforce.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a user-focused approach.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical users.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Experience with Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) is highly desirable.
- Background in working with external partner ecosystems or within global technology environments.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
