We are seeking a Partner Engagement Expert to provide support for the EMEA and APJC regions in our client's partner programme. This role requires a deep understanding of partner engagement and the ability to assist both partners and internal audiences effectively. You will be part of a support team handling partner-related queries and escalations, with an emphasis on grasping the go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise and support for partner programmes.
- Engage in 1:1 partner enablement sessions and broader training initiatives.
- Handle partner-related questions and escalations, focusing on understanding the go-to-market strategy.
- Utilise a case management tool for tracking and managing partner interactions.
- Collaborate with the team based in the Americas and support EMEA and APJC regions.
- Provide ongoing SME support around incentives and program transitions.
