Job Role: You will oversee a range of different systems, executing a roadmap that includes:

• Client Relationship Management tools
• Internal client reporting, supporting data driven decision-making across teams and senior leadership.
• Counterparty and client data integration, including the generation and delivery of both regular and real-time reporting via various mechanisms, including APIs.
• A client-facing self-service web portal.
• A suite of compliance tools including trade surveillance and transaction monitoring, legal document repositories, ID verification and sanctions screening.

Required Experience

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead within financial services, trading, or similarly complex domains.
• Experience working within Digital Assets.
• A demonstrated track record of building and scaling full-stack, distributed systems, or API platforms.
• Experience designing or integrating with complex systems, with a focus on supporting end-to-end workflows and data reconciliation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in a regulated environment and familiarity with security, data protection, and compliance requirements in financial or fintech contexts.
