  • UnterstĂĽtzung unseres Talent Teams in allen Abläufen rund um den Bewerbungsprozess
  • Eigenständige Direktansprache von potenziellen Kandidaten ĂĽber verschiedene Kanäle (z.B. LinkedIn oder Xing)
  • Begleitung und später auch DurchfĂĽhrung von Erstinterviews
  • Koordination und Terminierung von Interviews und Sicherstellung einer perfekten Candidate Experience
  • Datenpflege in Applicant Tracking Systems und Mitarbeit beim Reporting
