  • Eigenverantwortliche (nationale und internationale) Personalbeschaffung für die erfolgreiche Besetzung von verschiedensten Jobs im Unternehmen.
  • Professionelle Steuerung und Begleitung interner wie externer Recruiting Prozesse und Sicherstellung einer perfekten Candidate Experience.
  • Durchführung von Interviewprozessen inklusive Stellenfreigabe bis hin zu Vertragsverhandlungen und -abschlüssen.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern wie Abteilungsleitern, HR Business Partnern, People Services, IT.
  • Projektmitarbeit beim Ausbau unserer Recruiting Aktivitäten (Social Media Recruiting und Employer Branding, Targeting, Candidate Experience) sowie beim Aufbau der Recruiting-Abteilungen unserer Partner.

Berufserfahrung im Bereich Recruiting und Talent Acquisition. Du bist gut vertraut mit MS Office und verschiedenen ATS. Im besten Fall erste Erfahrungen mit Remote Office. Du bist flexibel, kontaktfreudig und arbeitest gewissenhaft. Eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit im Team. Fließende Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
