- Unterstützung unseres Talent Teams in allen Abläufen rund um den Bewerbungsprozess
- Eigenständige Direktansprache von potenziellen Kandidaten über verschiedene Kanäle (z.B. LinkedIn oder Xing)
- Begleitung und später auch Durchführung von Erstinterviews
- Koordination und Terminierung von Interviews und Sicherstellung einer perfekten Candidate Experience
- Datenpflege in Applicant Tracking Systems und Mitarbeit beim Reporting
- Die Möglichkeit eine moderne Art von Talent Acquisition Consulting in einem schnell wachsenden Startup kennenzulernen

Du bist vertraut mit MS Office, im besten Fall hast du erste Erfahrungen mit Remote Office. Du bist flexibel, kontaktfreudig und arbeitest gewissenhaft.
