  • Eigenverantwortliche (nationale und internationale) Personalbeschaffung für die erfolgreiche Besetzung von verschiedensten Jobs im Unternehmen.
  • Professionelle Steuerung und Begleitung interner wie externer Recruiting Prozesse und Sicherstellung einer perfekten Candidate Experience.
  • Durchführung von Interviewprozessen inklusive Stellenfreigabe bis hin zu Vertragsverhandlungen und -abschlüssen.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern wie Abteilungsleitern, HR Business Partnern, People Services, IT.
  • Projektmitarbeit beim Ausbau unserer Recruiting Aktivitäten (Social Media Recruiting und Employer Branding, Targeting, Candidate Experience) sowie beim Aufbau der Recruiting-Abteilungen unserer Partner.

Du bist flexibel, kontaktfreudig und arbeitest gewissenhaft. Eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit im Team. Fließende Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
