What you’ll be doing
- Take ownership of a hot desk focused on the Further Education and/or schools sector
- Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of education clients across the North West
- Source, screen, and place high-quality teaching and support staff into temporary and permanent positions
- Deliver a fast, reliable, and consultative service to both clients and candidates
- Use your recruitment experience to manage the full 360° process – from business development and job qualification to offer management and aftercare
- Stay on top of market trends, compliance requirements, and candidate availability to offer real value to clients
You won’t be micromanaged or tied to rigid KPIs. Instead, you’ll be trusted to run your desk like it’s your own business, with full support from your manager and a wider team that genuinely has your back.
What we’re looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in education recruitment (schools, colleges, or similar)
- Confidence in managing client relationships and building new ones through BD activity
- Proven ability to place candidates and consistently hit targets
- Strong organisational skills and a professional, consultative approach
- A team player who wants to build something long-term and contribute to a high-performing culture
