Salary: 45,196 to 48,286 per annum Are you an experienced electrical assessor, team lead or course manager ready to drive high-quality training across an established apprenticeship provision?
About the role Reporting directly to the Head of Apprenticeships, you ll manage and oversee the Electrical Apprenticeship provision, ensuring top-tier delivery to both apprentices and employer partners.
This is an appointment for someone who can hit the ground running.
You ll bring solid experience of managing and coaching staff and overseeing apprenticeship quality, and you ll use it to lead a team that supports learners through to successful completion.
Your responsibilities will include: Providing leadership and line management, including 1:1s, curriculum planning and standardisation, for the electrical apprenticeship team.
Training and coaching a caseload of apprentices to meet key skills, knowledge and behaviours, while monitoring performance and providing early interventions for at-risk learners.
Acting as the main point of contact for employers, apprentices and key stakeholders.
Leading curriculum planning, IQA/EQA processes, self-assessment reviews (SAR) and quality improvement plans (QIP).
Driving key performance targets across learner retention, achievement and EPA (AM2S) preparation.
