This multi-award-winning consumer brand, in the high-growth Beauty sector, is expanding their Visual Merchandising team. To this end, we are seeking a talented and experienced Visual Merchandising executive, to look after the UK & European retail relationships, and be an essential part of the trade marketing team.
Working closely alongside teams for Ecommerce, PR, Social Media, Marketing and Commercial, the VM department pride themselves on authenticity, sustainability and success. Solid collaborative and commercial skills are essential for this role, as is a natural flair for creativity, and understanding of how display can impact sales.
Role Summary:

Creation and Merchandising of solutions that showcase products effectively, and adhere to brand positioning.

Proven experience in forging and maintaining relationships with retailers, both in-store and online.

The ability to do something different’ – especially during Seasonal campaigns such as Summer and Christmas. This brand pride themselves on standing out in an often crowded marketplace, and so a flair for doing something memorable is very much an advantage.

Excellent project management skills, candidates should be highly organised and used to working to deadlines, and to budgets.

Used to working with Planograms, and with designers, on display and advertising collateral. Handling artwork briefs and reviews.

Manage POS material for retail and flagship stores, ensuring adherence to Brand Guidelines.
For this role, some travel will be required, but planned in advance to accommodate personal availability.
