Job Role: Our client is looking for a professional, personable, proactive and experienced Receptionist/Administrator to support their Administration and Finance team. This is an integral and varied position where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, as well as providing a warm and welcoming first impression to visitors.
Key responsibilities:
- Reception and Front of House
- Answer and forward incoming telephone calls in a professional manner
- Meet and greet visitors upon arrival
- Manage deliveries
- Arrange and coordinate travel and hotel bookings for employees
- Set up clients on our clients CRM system and support day-to-day CRM administration tasks
- Carry out Credit checks
- Send Appraisal reminders to Managers and Directors
- Support the Finance team and help monitor the team email inbox
- General office Administration, including dealing with confidential waste removal, stationery orders, workwear, Franking Machine and post
- Provide other administrative tasks as required across the business.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a reception, administration or customer-facing role is highly preferred
- Strong Administrative and IT skills, including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear and professional telephone manner
- Ability to multitask, prioritise a busy workload, and remain calm under pressure
- A proactive, positive, and flexible approach and readiness to support the wider team.
