Our Client: An established, growing, and entrepreneurial business which specialises in foreign exchange for both businesses and individuals is expanding and seeking a Director’s Assistant to join their friendly and growing team in Stevenage.
Role Overview: Our client is seeking an organised and reliable individual to join their team as a Director’s Assistant to support their growing business. This is a varied role with the opportunity to work in a supportive work environment and opportunities to develop. This position will involve a mix of office support, operational coordination, and assisting with day-to-day business activities. The ideal individual will be proactive, positive, and comfortable handling a range of tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Managing diaries, meetings, and minute taking
- Organising files, records, and company paperwork helping to maintain organised and efficient office processes
- Supporting directors with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Providing general support across different areas of the business as required
Skills Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative, operations or coordination role preferred
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competent with Microsoft Office products
- Be reliable, professional, and willing to learn
