The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining smooth administrative workflows, managing correspondence, and ensuring that all clerical tasks are completed efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assisting with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Scheduling calls, meetings, and maintaining calendars for team members
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Providing general administrative support to the team

- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
