Job Title : Installation Engineers
- Location : Dartford, Kent
- Salary : £35,000 – £43,000 per annum +Company Vehicle
- Contract : Permanent, Full-time, Monday -Friday, 37.5 hours per week / Some flexibility maybe required / (Monday-Friday 08 : 00-17 : 00)
Installation Engineers
- Are you highly experienced in first and second fix of enterprise security systems?
- Do you hold an engineering degree or industry-specific certification?
- Do you have experience working with access control platforms, preferably C.Cure, Lenel, Genetec, or Gallagher?
- Do you have handson experience with video surveillance platforms, such as Axis, Bosch, Avigilon, or Genetec?
- Do you have strong working knowledge of IP networks and their application within security systems?
- Would you be described as results‑driven and experienced delivering fault‑free installations?
- Does a varied role, including occasional travel across the UK and Europe appeal to you?

Our client is a highly established organised which specialise in delivering and maintaining integrated security systems for leading companies in the UK and across Europe, Middle East & Africa. They have a clear focus on delivering excellence in high quality installations and maintenance contracts for prestigious clients across many sectors. As they continue to expand at this exciting time of growth they are looking for Installation Engineers to join their field based engineering team.
Job Requirements
- Strong experience in first fix and second fix of enterprise security systems
- Proven hands‑on experience with at least one of the following Access Control platforms : C.Cure, Lenel, Genetec, Gallagher
- Proven handson experience with at least one of the following Video Surveillance platforms : Axis, Bosch, Avigilon, Genetec
- Strong working knowledge of IP networks and their application within security systems
- Competent in fault finding, fault resolution, and delivering fault‑free installations
Working Environment
- Must be willing and able to work on both construction sites and fit‑out environments.
- Experience of working across both large scale and small scale projects.
- Prepared to work primarily in London, with flexibility to around the UK or travel abroad if required.
- Willing to undertake occasional overtime, including weekends (approx. 1 per month) and some evenings when necessary.
Qualifications & Personal Attributes
- Engineering graduate or industry‑specific certification.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organised, professional, and committed to maintaining the highest standards.
- Determined, proactive, and motivated to deliver on every project.
