The Role

This is a pure delivery role: No business development or sales required. You’ll focus on sourcing, engaging and closing top candidates across multiple industries, working closely with our Client and BD teams. It’s a great opportunity for a recruiter who loves the delivery side of recruitment and thrives in a results-driven, flexible environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting & Managing Offers
  • Deliver on mid-to-senior and leadership roles across sectors like Tech, Finance, Media & Real Estate
  • Partner with internal Client Leads to deeply understand role requirements
  • Source talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, referrals & Boolean search
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines for both live and future roles
  • Ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience throughout the process
  • Uphold TalentHive’s reputation for quality and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in recruitment delivery (Agency, RPO, or Executive Search)
  • Strong track record in filling mid-to-senior level roles
  • Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced search techniques
  • Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and organisation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Confident managing your own time, output, and performance

Compensation & Growth

  • Fixed monthly payment (£2,000) + 5% bonus per successful placement
  • Self-employed structure: You’ll handle your own tax and NI contributions
  • Future: Opportunity to relocate to Dubai after probation, with relocation support available
