The Role
This is a
pure delivery role:
No business development or sales required
You\'ll focus on
sourcing, engaging and closing top candidates
across multiple industries, working closely with our Client and BD teams.
It\'s a great opportunity for a recruiter who loves the delivery side of recruitment and thrives in a results-driven, flexible environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process:
Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting & Managing OffersDeliver on
mid-to-senior and leadership roles
across sectors like Tech, Finance, Media & Real EstatePartner with internal Client Leads to deeply understand role requirements
Source talent through
LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, referrals & Boolean searchMaintain
