Location: Rockliffe, Hurworth, Darlington
Salary: £12.90 Per Hour
Hours: Fulltime& Part Time hours available including weekends
Reportingto: Head Chef, Senior Sous-Chef, Sous-Chef, Chef de Partie & Commis Chefs
Job Purpose:
To ensure that your allocated section operates in a safe, hygienic and efficient manner.
Key responsibilities of the Kitchen Porter:
- Adhere to all guidelines for correct chemical usage and dosage
- Minimise and control breakages by taking care and consideration of crockery and mechanical equipment
- Willingly attend job chats and training sessions as directed by senior team members
- Be able xgikmsk to work as a team, communicating effectively at all levels and be able to follow company procedures correctly and willingly
- Be flexible and adaptable, being prepared to work in another of the resorts kitchens when business demands
