We are looking for an experienced Programme Planner to support a large-scale technical delivery programme within a complex enterprise environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating technical change activities, managing planning dependencies, and supporting delivery across legacy and modern infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed programme and project plans across multiple technical workstreams
  • Coordinate complex technical delivery activities and implementation schedules
  • Raise and track ITRCs and change-related activities
  • Work closely with technical teams to understand existing legacy environments and operational dependencies
  • Identify risks, blockers, and scheduling conflicts across the programme
  • Support governance, reporting, milestones, and delivery tracking
  • Ensure alignment between technical, operational, and business stakeholders
  • Monitor programme progress and provide regular status updates to leadership teams

Required Experience

  • Proven experience as a Programme Planner within technical or infrastructure environments
  • Strong understanding of technical delivery and change implementation processes
  • Experience working within legacy or complex enterprise environments
  • Exposure to infrastructure, networking, cyber security, OT, or operational technology programmes
  • Experience supporting governance and change processes including ITRCs
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency with planning and project management tools such as MSP, Primavera, Jira, or similar

Desirable

  • Experience within utilities, energy, or regulated industries
  • Understanding of operational or critical national infrastructure environments
  • Knowledge of ITIL or formal change management processes
