Senior SAP Solution Specialist

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Senior Solution Specialist to join our clients Integrated Technology Services (ITS) team. In this role, you will be pivotal in maximizing the value of our SAP investments and driving innovation across the business. Collaborating with diverse stakeholders, you will align SAP solutions with business objectives, ensuring long-term cost-effectiveness and robust system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives to enhance business processes through SAP solutions, aligning them with strategic business goals.
• Drive innovation by leveraging emerging SAP technologies such as HANA, Mobile, and Cloud Solutions.
• Conduct root cause analyses to resolve complex issues, ensuring rapid and effective system solutions.
• Develop and maintain SAP roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Work closely with process owners and business analysts to translate business needs into functional SAP definitions.
• Oversee partner-delivered SAP solutions, ensuring compliance with best practices and standards.
• Provide guidance to support teams, ensuring maximum stability and availability of existing SAP systems.
• Promote collaboration across departments to optimize SAP interactions, reducing total cost of ownership.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting SAP solutions, particularly in Source to Pay and Logistics/MRP modules.
• Demonstrated ability to combine SAP technical expertise with business acumen to deliver measurable benefits.
• Proficiency in emerging SAP technologies and their potential applications in a business context.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of addressing complex system challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal and advocacy skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• SAP certification or equivalent experience; utilities industry experience is an advantage.
