Overview
We are seeking experienced Senior Programme Managers / Delivery Leads to support a major Oracle Fusion transformation programme within the utilities sector. This is a hands on role and requires solid experience in delivery of large scale projects/programmes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of a multi-year Oracle Fusion implementation, ensuring programme objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders across business and IT, providing transparency, governance, and strategic alignment.
- Oversee programme planning, risk management, financial control, and reporting to executive steering committees.
- Drive integration between Oracle Fusion modules and legacy/enterprise systems, ensuring business readiness and operational continuity.
- Build and mentor cross-functional delivery teams, including vendor, SI partners, and internal resources.
- Establish and enforce programme governance, controls, and assurance in line with industry best practices.
- Manage business change, communications, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience leading large-scale ERP or Oracle programmes, ideally in the utilities, energy, or regulated industries.
- Track record in senior programme management, delivery leadership, or portfolio management roles.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including at Executive and Board level.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, multi-year transformation programmes with business, technology, and cultural change components.
- Deep understanding of programme governance, risk management, and financial control in large organisations.
- Experience of managing systems integrators and third-party vendors.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making capabilities.
- Previous utilities sector experience.
- Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven environments.
- Experience leading business change and operating model transformation.
