Senior Programme Manager

Are you a dynamic and results-driven Programme Manager with proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes? We’re looking for a Senior Programme Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives involving Oracle Fusion and Salesforce .

Client are in the utilities space with an excellent name in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the successful delivery of complex programmes across Finance, HR, and CRM domains.
• Drive planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement across business and IT teams.
• Oversee third-party vendors and system integrators ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Ensure programme governance, risk management, and benefits realisation.
• Align programme delivery with strategic business outcomes.

Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience in programme management within enterprise environments.
• Demonstrable delivery experience with Oracle Fusion (ERP/HCM) and Salesforce CRM platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management skills up to C-suite level.
• Excellent understanding of governance frameworks (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).

Desirable:

• Sector experience in utilities, telecoms, or public sector.
• Familiarity with security and compliance requirements in cloud environments.
