We are seeking motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representatives to join our clients growing sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with prior SDR experience who are looking to expand their skills and potentially transition into account management. The SDR will play a key role in driving lead generation, building strong client relationships, and supporting overall revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and maintain a consistent pipeline for the sales team.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate handovers to account managers.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and proactive in following up on leads.
- Experience in IT/Software Sales
- Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
- Interest in developing into an account management role is a plus.
