We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Project Manager with strong hands-on expertise in HCM, Payroll, and Procurement modules.
The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
This role requires a balance of project leadership, stakeholder management, and deep functional knowledge in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM, Payroll, and Procurement modules.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource planning.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes.
- Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive communication.
- Ensure delivery aligns with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Stakeholder & Team Management
- Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, IT, and external vendors.
- Mentor functional consultants and support junior team members.
- Conduct user training sessions and knowledge transfer workshops.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Finance, or related field.
- 8+ years of ERP implementation experience.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
- Proven experience leading at least 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations.
