We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of AI and Microsoft Copilot initiatives within a large-scale Data & AI function. This role requires a confident and organised delivery professional who can bring structure and oversight to multiple rapidly evolving workstreams while managing a wide range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery and coordination of AI and Microsoft Copilot-related initiatives
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across business and technology teams
- Provide governance, oversight, prioritisation, and delivery structure
- Coordinate stakeholders across several business functions
- Manage risks, dependencies, reporting, and delivery planning
- Support the development of scalable delivery processes within the Data & AI function
- Work closely with senior leadership to manage incoming demand and programme priorities
Required Experience
- Strong project/programme management background
- Experience delivering Microsoft Copilot or enterprise AI initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong organisational and governance capability
- Comfortable operating within fast-moving and evolving environments
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive delivery outcomes
Desirable Experience
- Data governance or master data management exposure
- Utilities or regulated industry experience
- Experience leading matrix delivery teams
