We are seeking a versatile Project Manager to support a growing Data & AI transformation portfolio. This role will help shape and structure the delivery approach across multiple emerging initiatives and capabilities over a long-term roadmap. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating within evolving environments where requirements, priorities, and delivery structures are still being defined.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the shaping and delivery of multiple data capability initiatives
- Coordinate delivery activity across a portfolio of projects and workstreams
- Work closely with architecture, data, and business stakeholders
- Help define delivery structures, governance, and project approaches
- Manage project planning, reporting, RAID management, and stakeholder engagement
- Support transition of delivered capabilities into BAU operations
Required Experience
- Strong generalist project management background
- Experience working within transformation or change environments
- Ability to operate effectively within evolving or ambiguous programmes
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable helping shape delivery approaches and structures
Desirable Experience
- Data, technology, or enterprise transformation experience
- Experience working alongside architecture teams
- Utilities or regulated industry exposure
