We are seeking an experienced Integration Delivery Lead to join a fast-paced environment on an initial 6–9 month contract engagement. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting a critical period of increased delivery demand, focused on building and managing integrations across Fusion and Salesforce platforms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting a small internal integration team, coordinating workload priorities, and managing vendor engagement while remaining technically involved in solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support two internal integration resources
- Build, oversee, and manage integration delivery across Fusion and Salesforce
- Work hands-on with integration technologies and troubleshooting
- Manage and prioritise workloads during a high-demand delivery phase
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with third-party vendors and stakeholders
- Ensure integration projects are delivered to agreed timelines and standards
- Provide strong technical leadership and team direction
Required Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft integration technologies
- Experience with Fortra GoAnywhere MFT
- Proven background leading or managing small technical teams
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, delivery-focused environment
- Strong communication skills and resilient personality
- Experience working across enterprise integration programmes
