The Oracle Fusion Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering practical, role-based training to support a large-scale Oracle Fusion rollout. The focus is on enabling users to confidently perform their day-to-day activities in Fusion, with particular emphasis on Employee Self Service and high-volume user interactions. This role supports business readiness and adoption, working closely with the Change and Programme teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Design & Materials
- Design and maintain Oracle Fusion training templates and materials
- Develop role-based training aligned to real business processes
- Ensure training content reflects the configured Fusion solution
- Create user-friendly guides, quick-reference materials, and walkthroughs
- Training Delivery
- Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions
- Support large and diverse user populations
- Adapt training delivery to different user groups and levels of system exposure
- Provide additional support during go-live and early-life phases
- Adoption & Readiness Support
- Work closely with Change and Programme teams to support adoption
- Reinforce key messages around new ways of working
- Capture user feedback and feed improvements back into training materials
- Support end-user confidence beyond formal training sessions
- Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure training is practical, usable, and outcome-focused
- Update materials in response to system changes and user feedback
- Support readiness checkpoints and go-live assurance activities
Required Experience
- Strong understanding of Fusion user journeys and Employee Self Service
- Experience training large user populations
- Ability to translate system functionality into practical user guidance
