We are looking for a strong Senior Project Manager to support a major Data & AI transformation programme. This role will focus specifically on the delivery of data capabilities into Salesforce and requires an experienced implementation‑led PM who can operate independently within a fast‑evolving environment. The successful candidate will bring strong ownership, delivery focus, and the ability to challenge stakeholders constructively while driving programmes forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of data‑focused Salesforce implementation projects
- Manage project governance, planning, RAID management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
- Work closely with architecture, data, and business teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes
- Drive accountability across delivery teams and third‑party suppliers
- Operate independently and proactively within a complex delivery environment
- Ensure delivery milestones, timelines, and budgets are managed effectively
- Support transition of project capabilities into BAU operations
Required Experience
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce implementation programmes
- Strong end‑to‑end project delivery background
- Experience managing complex enterprise transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to challenge constructively and maintain delivery focus
- Experience working across data, technology, and business teams
- Strong governance and reporting capability
Desirable Experience
- Experience within Data & AI programmes
- Utilities or regulated industry experience
- Exposure to data integration or enterprise data programmes
Contract Details
- Initial 6-month contract
