- Strategic Account Management
- Develop and own account plans aligned to client business goals and long-term technology roadmaps.
- Understand client challenges and proactively shape software and IT solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Identify opportunities for account growth (upsell, cross-sell, expansion of services and platforms).
- Drive regular strategic reviews, focusing on outcomes, ROI, and future opportunities.
- Commercial & Contract Management
- Own commercial performance across accounts, including renewals, contract extensions, and pricing discussions.
- Work with internal teams to scope, price, and propose new solutions.
- Ensure contractual commitments, SLAs, and commercial terms are met.
- Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with delivery, engineering, product, and solution teams to ensure client needs are understood and met.
- Translate client objectives into clear briefs for technical and delivery teams.
- Champion the client internally while balancing delivery realities and commercial objectives.

- Monitor account health, delivery risks, and dependencies.
- Escalate issues early and manage them through to resolution.
- Ensure services are delivered in line with security, compliance, and governance standards.

- Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager / Strategic Account Manager in software, SaaS, IT services, or technology consulting.
- Track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
- Experience working alongside technical and delivery teams on solution-led engagements.
- Skills & Capabilities
