Our client are leading the way in energy delivery and are looking for an experienced PMO Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in overseeing our clients project management office activities. We're looking for someone with a strong IT background, ideally in cybersecurity, to lead our clients governance processes and ensure the successful delivery of programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage PMO activities, including governance, programme oversight, and documentation.
  • Utilize a strong IT background, ideally in cybersecurity, to enhance security measures and compliance standards across projects.
  • Ensure all individuals involved in programmes are at the appropriate stage of their respective projects, coordinating effectively to maintain progress and alignment with timelines.
  • Implement and maintain disciplined governance practices, including controls and procedures to ensure quality and mitigate risks.
  • Collate and catalogue data from various sources to support decision-making and strategic planning processes.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among key stakeholders, including directors and heads of programmes.
  • Provide leadership and support to the PMO team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in PMO management within the utilities or related industry.
