The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Outside IR35 OCM Change Analyst - Oracle Fusion Programme. Reports to OCM Change Manager and Programme Manager, will also work closely with Reporting Lead, Data Migration Lead, Business Architect and Business Analysts. OCM assurance and guidance is provided by an external consultancy firm, so experience working in this environment is welcomed.
Some of the requirements for the role are low-level specific:
- Review solution design documents (SDDs) and cross reference with the change impact analysis, and add to this where needed.
- Produce change impact assessment heat maps per user persona.
- Validate change impact assessments with business SMEs.
- Support with Target Operating Model design.
- Input into (create) lower level process mapping (swim-lane driven) alongside the BAs.
The role will have a large training element:
- Ability to lead and perform training needs analysis (from template to completion).
- Produce training content for training delivery.
- Experience in Train the Trainer sessions would be welcomed.
- Work with environment lead and SI to ensure training environment is ready, configured, has appropriate data and accesses setup.
- Work with PMO lead and OCM Lead to ensure invites are setup and rooms (if used) are ready for training (TTT, classroom).
- Maintenance of all OCM documentation for overall BAU handover as part of wider ERP collateral post hypercare.
Other requirements: assists OCM and Cutover leads with general business-readiness plans. A cohesive team, with an SI producing the SDDs and configuring Oracle. Energy, enthusiasm, self-starter and willingness to help out and provide value-add where possible on occasion are all critical components of all of our roles.
