Join our clients Enterprise Architecture (EA) Team as a foundational leader, shaping their security function. This is a new and crucial role responsible for developing and maturing the company's cyber security strategy, roadmaps, and architecture. You will translate business goals into a robust security architecture, ensuring we meet our objectives securely and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the cyber security strategy and architecture to support business and technology goals.
  • Create security roadmaps, principles, and standards to ensure secure-by-design delivery.
  • Provide architectural assurance, guidance, and mentorship to Solution and Technical Architects across the CIO department.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership, engineers, and product teams to deliver successful, secure outcomes.
  • Evaluate and recommend new cyber security technologies and oversee their implementation.

What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrable experience as an Enterprise Architect for Security in a similar environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the energy to deliver practical, value-adding solutions.
  • Experience in modernising legacy estates and knowledge of contemporary, scalable methods.
  • Proficiency in architectural modelling (e.g., UML, ArchiMate) and best-practice use of architectural tools (ideally Bizzdesign).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to drive company-wide change.
