We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with Salesforce experience to lead the design and architecture of Salesforce-based solutions across our Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep Salesforce platform expertise, strong integration knowledge (e.g., MuleSoft), and a track record of successfully mapping business processes into scalable, efficient technical designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the solution design process for Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and platform best practices.
  • Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and third-party integrations.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements.
  • Create solution architecture documents, data models, integration diagrams, and process flows.
  • Oversee system mappings, request/response structures, and API design—especially when integrating via MuleSoft or other middleware platforms.
  • Ensure designs are scalable, secure, and compliant with Salesforce governance and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Provide design-level guidance to development teams and conduct reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce platform capabilities, releases, and ecosystem trends.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience, with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Designer or Salesforce Architect on enterprise-level projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models, declarative tools, automation (Flows), and integration patterns.
  • Ability to map complex business processes and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.
  • Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments.
  • Background in agile delivery environments and DevOps pipelines for Salesforce.
  • Previous experience with Tier 1 consultancy or large-scale Salesforce implementation projects.
