The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, collaboratively minded, and experienced Integration Specialist to join a dynamic IS team. This role is designed for a natural problem-solver who excels at integration mapping and DevOps operations within an Agile framework. Your mission will be to bridge the gap between complex legacy systems (Baan IV, Unix) and modern architectures (SAP S/4HANA, Boomi), ensuring seamless data flow and system stability during a major digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Business Analysis
    • Acting at the intersection of technical support and project management, you will play a pivotal role in the SAP migration project:
    • Architecture & Design: Design, map, and maintain complex EDI/Web API interfaces using Boomi, TSIM, and SAP PO EDI.
    • Requirement Translation: Turn high-level business needs into detailed technical specifications and wireframes.
    • Analysis: Conduct deep-dive fact-finding and root cause analysis for mission-critical logistics and finance applications.
    • Testing & Delivery: Lead QA, UAT, and SIT testing phases to ensure robust deployments.
    • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships across all project partners and facilitate knowledge handovers between teams.
  • Application & Technical Support
    • Provide technical leadership across L1, L2, and L3 support levels to maintain application integrity:
    • Incident Resolution: Handle everything from initial root cause analysis to complex bug fixing.
    • Service Excellence: Ensure maximum application uptime in accordance with agreed-upon SLAs.
    • System Evolution: Actively contribute to key projects while maintaining the stability of the existing environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: STEM Degree (or a related field) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Technical Expertise: 5+ years of experience as an Integration Specialist specifically with Boomi and SAP.
  • Legacy Systems: Knowledge of Baan IV is highly beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Professional Background: Extensive experience in application support, development, and project leadership.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
