Oracle Fusion Test Manager – Must have Oracle Fusion experience
We are seeking a dynamic Testing Lead to oversee and drive all testing activities across the Oracle Fusion programme. This role requires close coordination with Systems Integrators (SI), third-party vendors, and internal resources across all testing phases including System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End (E2E), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and cutover preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Testing Oversight: Accountable for all testing phases, including collaboration with UAT and Cutover Leads during UAT and dress rehearsals.
- Strategy & Planning: Develops comprehensive test approaches, strategies, plans, and scenarios.
- Defect Management: Designs, documents, and leads the defect management process.
- Jira Ownership: Configures and manages Jira to ensure full traceability from Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), Observation Logs, and Key Design Decisions (KDDs) through to test scenarios, plans, and cases.
- Team Leadership: Manages day-to-day activities of all testers and test leads.
- Vendor Coordination: Reviews and approves test plans and approaches from SI and other vendors.
- Change Requests: Provides input on testing impacts for Change Requests (CRs).
- Reporting: Produces regular reports and dashboards on testing progress, aligned with Programme Board requirements.
- Phase Gate Management: Owns and manages entry and exit criteria for all test phases, including assurance and reporting.
- Planning Integration: Works closely with programme planners to ensure testing activities are accurately scheduled and tracked.
- ERP Programme Support: Contributes to testing strategies, planning, and resource recommendations across the broader ERP programme, beyond the Oracle replacement scope.
