Oracle Guided Learning / Change Manager - Outside IR35 based London or Scotland
An experienced change professional with strong stakeholder management and communication skills, combined with practical experience of Oracle Guided Learning and Oracle Cloud implementations. Able to translate complex system and process changes into simple, user-focused guidance that drives confidence, adoption and sustainable ways of working.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, communications, readiness and adoption planning.
- Work with business and project teams to understand new processes, system changes and impacts on end users.
- Design, build and maintain Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) content, including step-by-step guidance, contextual help and user prompts.
- Translate business processes and system functionality into clear, intuitive end-user guidance.
- Support training and knowledge-transfer activities, ensuring OGL complements wider learning materials and the overall training approach.
- Coordinate reviews, testing and approval of OGL content with SMEs and business stakeholders.
- Monitor user feedback and adoption insights to identify opportunities to improve guidance and change interventions.
- Ensure change, communications, training and OGL activities are aligned to key programme milestones and deployment plans.
