Adaptive Insights Architect – FP&A – Permanent – Remote – up to £80k About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Adaptive Insights Architect to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering successful Adaptive Insights implementations and a deep understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes. Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture: Design and implement tailored Adaptive Insights solutions to meet clients’ specific FP&A needs. Consulting & Advisory: Provide strategic guidance on FP&A best practices, leveraging Adaptive Insights to optimise financial processes. Project Management: Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support. Customisation & Optimisation: Customise Adaptive Insights to meet client requirements, optimising system performance, data integration, and reporting capabilities. Client Training & Support: Develop and deliver training sessions to empower client teams with the skills needed to effectively utilize Adaptive Insights. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the Adaptive Insights solution with broader business transformation goals. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within clients’ FP&A functions, leveraging technology, data analytics, and best practices. Requirements: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial consulting, with at least 2 years of hands-on Adaptive Insights experience. Proven track record in leading at least two successful Adaptive Insights implementation projects. Strong proficiency in Adaptive Insights, including model building, data integration, and report generation. Solid finance background with a deep understanding of FP&A functions. Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to train and mentor clients. Adaptive Insights certification is highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
